Kromapick - The Ultimate Color Companion

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kromapick mobile application and web app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purchases, Kromapick Pro Subscriptions, and Billing

Kromapick offers premium features (Kromapick Pro) that can be purchased through an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Annual) or via a one-time lifetime payment (Lifetime). By making a purchase, you agree to the following: • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. • Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Cancellations and Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's account settings after purchase. If you cancel, you will retain access to Kromapick Pro until the end of your current billing period. • One-Time Payment (Lifetime): This is a single payment that grants you permanent access to premium features for the lifetime of the application. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charges.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the color palettes you create using Kromapick. The application itself, including its design, codebase, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kromapick. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the application without prior authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kromapick only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt our servers (hosted on Supabase), compromise the security of the application, or use the tool to create or distribute harmful content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kromapick is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including but not limited to the loss of saved color palettes.
