You can request the permanent deletion of your Kromapick account at any time. This action is irreversible and will permanently erase your profile, subscriptions (if handled by us directly, though App Store/Play Store subscriptions must be canceled from your device settings), and all associated data from our servers.
How to delete your account:
1. From the Mobile App:
• Open the Kromapick app
• Go to the 'Settings' tab
• Tap on 'Delete Account'
• Confirm your action
2. By Email:
• Send an email to support@kromapick.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line: 'Account Deletion Request'.
• We will process your request within 7 business days.
