Privacy Policy

Kromapick is designed to respect your privacy. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When using the camera and color picker features, all image processing occurs locally on your device unless explicitly saved to your cloud projects.

Your information is used to synchronize your color palettes across devices, provide customer support, and improve the application. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to understand how users interact with our app and to identify areas for improvement.

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted third-party services to operate Kromapick: • Supabase: Used as our secure backend infrastructure to store your user accounts and synchronized color palettes. • RevenueCat: Used to securely process subscriptions and payments for Kromapick Pro. We do not store your credit card information. • Firebase Analytics: Used to analyze app performance and usage trends anonymously. • Google AdMob: Used to show ads in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and interaction data to show you personalized ads based on your interests.

The free version of Kromapick uses Google AdMob to show ads. To provide relevant ads, we may request your permission to track your activity using your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android). You have full control over this and can accept or decline this tracking at any time through the initial privacy alert in the app or from your device settings. If you decline tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly from the settings menu within the mobile app, which will permanently erase all your saved palettes and profile data from our Supabase servers.
